At Vikdwell, we value our clients and strive to deliver services that meet or exceed expectations.
This Refund & Returns Policy explains our terms regarding refunds for our digital marketing, design, and related services.
Nature of Services
Our services are digital and customized for each client. Once work has begun or deliverables have been shared, they cannot be “returned” like physical products. Therefore, refunds are subject to the conditions below.
Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be considered only if:
- You have made an advance payment, but we have not yet started work on your project.
- There is a mutual agreement in writing to terminate the project before work commences.
- In rare cases, service delivery has not met agreed specifications and cannot be corrected after reasonable revisions.
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be provided if:
- The service has already been started or partially completed.
- The delay or performance issues are caused by incomplete or delayed client inputs, approvals, or responses.
- Search engine algorithm changes, market shifts, or other factors beyond our control impact results.
- You change your mind after work has commenced.
Cancellation of Services
- Ongoing monthly or retainer-based services can be canceled with 15 days’ written notice.
- Any work completed during the notice period will be billed, and payments for that period are non-refundable.
Revision Policy
- We offer reasonable revisions as part of our commitment to quality.
- If revisions still do not meet the agreed-upon brief, we will work with you to find a fair resolution, which may or may not include a partial refund at our discretion.
Refund Process
If eligible for a refund:
- The request must be made in writing via info@vikdwell.com.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days through the same payment method used for purchase.
Governing Law & Jurisdiction
This Refund & Returns Policy is governed by the laws of India.
In the event of a dispute, the jurisdiction will be the Courts of Delhi, India only.
