  • Client / You – Any person, business, or entity using our services or website.

  • Services – All digital marketing, SEO, website design, branding, content creation, and related solutions offered by Vikdwell.

  • Agreement – This Terms & Conditions document and any additional written agreements entered into between you and Vikdwell.

Scope of Services

We offer a range of digital marketing and design services, including but not limited to:

  • SEO services
  • Paid advertising (Google Ads, Meta Ads, YouTube Ads)
  • Social media marketing & management
  • Website design & development
  • Branding & creative design
  • Content marketing & blogging

Service details, deliverables, timelines, and pricing will be agreed upon in writing (email or formal proposal) before work begins.

Payments & Refunds

  • All prices are agreed upon before project commencement.
  • Payments must be made as per the agreed schedule.
  • Delayed payments may result in project suspension or termination.
  • Refunds are not provided for services already delivered or partially completed unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  • Any applicable taxes or fees will be the client’s responsibility.

Client Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate and complete information for the project.
  • Approve drafts, creatives, or campaigns within reasonable timelines.
  • Ensure that any content provided does not violate third-party rights or applicable laws.

Intellectual Property

  • All final deliverables created by Vikdwell remain our intellectual property until full payment is received.
  • Upon full payment, ownership of the agreed final deliverables is transferred to the client, except for third-party licensed materials (e.g., stock images, fonts, software).

Limitation of Liability

  • We strive to provide high-quality, results-driven services, but we do not guarantee specific outcomes (such as sales numbers or SEO rankings).
  • We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.
  • All services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

Third-Party Tools & Services

We may use third-party platforms (Google, Meta, hosting providers, analytics tools, etc.) for service delivery.
 We are not liable for downtime, policy changes, or issues caused by such third parties.

Confidentiality

We respect your privacy and will not disclose your confidential information without consent, except as required by law.

Termination

Either party may terminate a project or ongoing service with written notice.
 All outstanding payments for work completed up to the termination date must be settled.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed under the laws of India.
In case of any disputes, the jurisdiction will be the Courts of Delhi, India only.

Amendments

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
 Any changes will be posted on this page with a revised date.
